Summer Barbeque

Join us for our summer kick-off gourmet barbeque menu curated by local chef, Ron Calayo, featuring grass-fed meats, seasonal sides, and decadent desserts—all sourced from local resources. This is not your typical backyard cookout. It will be rustic luxury—an elegant yet relaxed outdoor gathering held under a Nordic Tent, a spacious, conical-shaped Scandinavian tipi. Guests will savor the scent of hickory-smoked brisket and freshly baked cornbread while enjoying craft cocktails and listening to live local music. This is sure to be an evening to remember!
