With an eye for design, knack for event planning, and also a “Black Bird Farm Wedding Mom”, Deb brings a unique perspective to Black Bird Farm. She is a lover of doodles, gardening and any reason to celebrate. Deb puts her heart and soul into anything and everything that happens on the farm – big or small – and her passion lies with celebrating all life’s accomplishments at Black Bird Farm.
Deb’s husband of 38 years, John, is the farm’s secret weapon. He’s the hands and brains behind our beautiful handmade tables and truly the man that makes our dreams a reality. John is not only our handyman, but the love of Deb’s life and one of the many reasons the farm is what it is. John and Deb’s daughter, Nicki – who you’ll often see getting things done around the farm and keeping our events on track, is Deb’s right-hand woman and the Event Coordinator at Black Bird Farm.

Just as important as creating the perfect wedding is knowing your budget and making sure you stick to it! Kate is all about the numbers – she will help you develop your budget and work with you and your wedding consultant each step of the way to ensure your investment is being spent where it will mean the most to you.
Kate is also a “Black Bird Farm Wedding Mom” who wishes she could do it all over again! She is passionate about good communication, decorating, and seeing her kids happy!

From the moment you arrive until you drive down the lane at the end of your special event, our crew is here to ensure your day is truly unique, stress-free and filled with unforgettable memories.
