The All-Inclusive Collection.
Planning your wedding can be a fun and exciting time, but all the decisions can also be overwhelming. We want to help couples create the wedding of their dreams without the frustration of finding great vendors that will bring your dreams to reality. We’ve brought together the finest, most reliable, local vendors to help bring your wedding vision to life. We’re an all-inclusive venue that arranges dinner and the cake, florals and décor, stationery and signage, music and dancing – all coordinated by your own wedding consultant to your ideal specifications.
It means one contract, one point of contact, one payment plan.

Beginning in 2024, all weddings at the Black Bird will be All-Inclusive.
Yes! For an additional expense, we offer the following Accompaniments to our All-Inclusive Collection:
- Rehearsal Dinner at the Farm

- Honeymoon Suite for the Bride and Groom
- Send-Off Brunch for Family and Friends
Yes. Our All-Inclusive Collection Approach is a thoughtful collaboration between Black Bird Farm and exclusive vendors who provide exceptional services. This collaboration not only eliminates the time and effort otherwise required by the couple to identify vendors, but ensures that your venue and vendors work as a team with seamless communication and execution. Therefore, there are no substitutions for our exclusive vendors. If live music is your jam, we can accommodate live ceremony and cocktail hour music and can provide you with a credit to put towards a headliner band at your expense.
Do you have any packages for small, intimate weddings?
Yes! You can book your all-inclusive wedding ceremony and elegant dinner party for up to 50 guests at the farm. Following your ceremony, be prepared to spoil your family and closest friends with an intimate cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, beautiful dinner music, and a chef-inspired, served dinner party complete with florals, candles, china, glassware, and linens. The all-inclusive package includes using the farmhouse for getting ready, stationery and signage, and delectable desserts assembled to your specifications by our wedding consultant.
Booking Your All-Inclusive Wedding Day.
Once the farm tour has been completed, we require a signed contract and the retainer in order to hold the date.
At Black Bird Farm, we strive to give you our fill and undivided attention and are therefore by appointment only.
We require a retaining fee of 50% of the venue fee along with deposits for each separate vendor due upon booking. Remaining stationery and signage balances are due 6 months prior to the event along with 50% of the florist balance. All remaining balances are due 30 days prior to the event.
All About the Venue.
We have 20 9’ long x 40” wide handmade farmhouse tables that seat 10. There are 200 black cross back chairs. We also have 6 handmade high-top tables on the patio.
Tables and chairs can be rearranged for a ceremony inside the barn in the event of inclement weather and then moved back to a reception-ready setup following the ceremony.
The venue is an authentic barn built in 1909. There is no heating or cooling in the barn, however we do have fans and propane heaters if needed.
Our All-Inclusive Collection includes floral and décor design based on the vision that you will work with the florist to create and therefore no personal décor is needed!
Yes, the All-Inclusive Collection includes table service including plates and utensils. Both plastic and glass glasses will be used at the bar. Linens will be selected with your floral and décor choices.
There is grass parking that can accommodate 200 cars.
Planning Your Special Day.
Our All-Inclusive Collection package includes a 1-hour rehearsal at the venue. We can also arrange a rehearsal dinner for you, your family and bridal party for an additional charge.
The venue rental period is from 10:30am-11:30pm. The bar closes at 10:30pm, music ends at 11:00pm and everyone should be gone by 11:30pm. Rental periods can not be extended beyond 11:30pm.
Yes! The bride and groom can choose to upgrade their stay by including the farmhouse and honeymoon suite to their All-Inclusive Collection. There are several accommodations within 25 minutes of the Black Bird Farm for family and friends.
Our alcohol packages are included in the All-Inclusive Collection. No outside alcohol is permitted and there is a no shot policy!
