In collaboration with Chef Ron Calayo, we are excited to host 5 dinners on the farm this season, each with its own unique theme and vibrant and fresh seasonal menus, along with local wine, beer, and music.
Potager Kitchen Garden
Join us for a Potager Kitchen Garden - a farm-to-table dinner - a traditional French Kitchen Garden. Guests will gather around long farmhouse tables, set beneath the warm glow of string lights, while the sounds of live music by singer-guitarist Jason Wagner fill the air. The evening begins with handcrafted cocktails and nibble boards, followed by a seasonal progression of courses— chilled soup and crisp, sweet salad. The centerpiece of the night features a chef-crafted entrée that celebrates the Traditional Potager Kitchen Garden cooking ingredients - chopped carrots, celery, onions, fresh tomatoes and garlic - paired with garden-inspired side dishes. Local wines and craft beers will flow throughout the evening, culminating with a fresh and light summer dessert. This is a true feast of the land, honoring both tradition and flavor in the most authentic of settings.
