In collaboration with Chef Ron Calayo, we are excited to host 5 dinners on the farm this season, each with its own unique theme and vibrant and fresh seasonal menus, along with local wine, beer, and music.

Field to Fork

Step into the rustic charm of an authentic 1800s barn this October for an unforgettable farm-to-table dinner coming to you straight from the fields. Guests will gather around long farmhouse tables, set beneath the warm glow of string lights, while the sounds of live music by singer-guitarist Aaron Hertzfeld fill the air. The evening begins with handcrafted cocktails and abundant nibble boards, followed by a seasonal progression of courses—hearty soup and crisp garden salad. The centerpiece of the night features a chef-crafted field and fork entrée, paired with farm-inspired side dishes that celebrate the harvest season. Local wines and craft beers will flow throughout the evening, culminating with a decadent autumn dessert. This is a true feast of the land, honoring both tradition and flavor in the most authentic of settings.
