From the moment you arrive for your first tour of the farm until the end of your special day – and every appointment in between – our goal is to make your day as bright and beautiful as possible.

Our 4,500 square foot barn is the perfect balance between industrial charm and modern romance. When you step into the barn, you’ll be greeted by twinkling lights and handmade farmhouse tables – a unique touch you won’t find anywhere else.

When you decide to host your wedding at Black Bird Farm, we promise to be there for you every step of the way. Our exclusive wedding consultant will set up several planning sessions to make sure no detail is missed throughout the planning process leading up to your big day. 

This includes:

  • An Initial Vision Session
  • A 9-month, 6-month, and 3-month check-in planning session.
  • Design Meetings
  • Vision Board
  • A 30-day walk-through / final details meeting.

Along with all the details in your personal workbook, the vision session with your wedding consultant will help you make all your selections from our All-Inclusive Collection. This is a great time to ask questions, take any measurements, and share your vision for your best day ever!
